Britt Kaufman

Britt Kaufman has over 20 years of experience in the financial industry, with a focus on collections and recovery operations. From 2019 to present, Kaufman has served as the Director of Recovery Operations & Delinquency Services at Credit First National Association (CFNA). Prior to this role, Kaufman worked at CFNA from 2012 to 2018 as a Recovery Services Manager. Before joining CFNA, Kaufman was the Division Manager at Creditors Interchange Receivable Management, where they led a call center staff and were responsible for hiring and maintaining the facility. Kaufman also gained experience as a Collections Supervisor at NCO Financial Systems and GE Card Services, where they supervised staff and supported the dialer teams. Kaufman's early career included a role as a Collections Supervisor at Great Lakes Bureau, Inc. where they managed a collection staff and aided the training department with new hire classes.

Britt Kaufman attended Hiram College from 1995 to 1999, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Management.
