Jen Riley is a seasoned professional in graphic design and creative services, currently serving as the Creative Services Manager at Credit First National Association (CFNA) since October 2019. Prior roles at CFNA/Bridgestone included Brand Manager/Graphic Designer and Senior Creative Services Specialist, showcasing a trajectory of increasing responsibility since joining in April 2014. Prior to this, Jen worked as a Graphic Designer at Cradle Gear and gained valuable experience as a Graphic Designer for Off-Campus Student Services and in various positions within the Department of Student Life Marketing at The University of Akron. Jen holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from The University of Akron, earned in 2013.
