Diana Istre

Diana Istre, MA-OD, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in human resources, talent acquisition, and organizational operations. Currently serving as Advisor Manager in the Interactive Teller Machine Department and formerly as Talent Acquisition Operations Manager at Credit Human, Diana oversees recruiting efforts and back-office operations to align talent with organizational needs. Prior roles include Recruiting Manager at Zachry Group, providing HR consulting for the Human Investment Group, and senior management positions within the Army Medical Department, where Diana managed clinical operations, personnel security, and training programs. Diana holds a Master's Degree in Administration and Organizational Development from the University of the Incarnate Word and has also completed the United States Army Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Course.
