Carole Meslin

Carole Meslin has extensive experience in human resources and organizational management, currently serving as Responsable des ressources humaines at Crédit Immobilier de France since January 2006. In this role, Carole has played a key part in the transformation of the organization, overseeing a reduction in workforce from 2,500 to 350 employees while managing a multi-site team of 170. Carole's responsibilities include advising management on HR practices, managing recruitment processes, and overseeing career development and mobility initiatives. Previously, Carole held various project management positions, focusing on organizational change, process optimization, and project implementation in companies such as AXA Banques B to B, FLAG Telecom, and GSK. Carole holds an Executive Master in Human Resources from Sciences Po and a Master's degree in Strategic and Entrepreneurial Management from ISC Paris.
