Jérôme LACAILLE

Jérôme LACAILLE has a diverse and extensive work experience. Starting in 1989, they worked as a Strategic Marketing Analyst at DIGITAL EQUIPMENT EUROPE. Jérôme then held various advisory positions in the French Government, including being a Senior Advisor to the Minister of Employment, Housing, and Social Cohesion from 2004 to 2005. From 2002 to 2004, they served as an Advisor to the Ministers of Finance and Budget Management. In 2005, they became a Senior Advisor to the CEO at CAISSE D'EPARGNE BOURGOGNE FRANCHE COMTE, later joining the General Management Committee in 2007. Jérôme was CEO at Natixis Factor from 2013 to 2015 before becoming an Advisor to the General Director at the Direction générale des Finances publiques. Lastly, they currently hold the position of Group CEO at Crédit Immobilier de France since June 2015.

Jérôme LACAILLE has an extensive education history. Jérôme started at Lycée Sainte-Geneviève in 1986, where they pursued a Preparatory Class until 1988. Following this, they enrolled in HEC Paris and completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from 1988 to 1992.

In 1992, Jérôme continued their education at Sciences Po, where they obtained a Master's degree in Public Management (IEP PARIS) by the year 1994.

In 1995, they attended Ecole nationale d'administration (ENA) for two years, completing a degree in ENA, further enhancing their knowledge in administrative matters.

Expanding their expertise, Jérôme pursued studies at Harvard Law School from 2001 to 2002, earning a Master's degree in Law. Additionally, during the same period, they enrolled in the International Tax Program at Harvard Kennedy School, specializing in Tax Law and Public Management.
