Andy Brooks is an experienced product management and customer experience leader currently serving as the Associate Director of Product Management, Program Management, and Content Strategy at Credit Karma since April 2022. In this role, Andy drives the product roadmap to enhance member self-service and support experiences. Additionally, as the Founder of Andy Brooks Consulting since August 2022, Andy coaches executives and leads workshops to foster organizational cultures that promote purposeful success. Prior to these roles, Andy held various leadership positions, including Vice President of Customer Service & Consumer Product Marketplace at RoundPoint Mortgage Servicing Corporation and Director of Client Experience Operations at Rocket Mortgage, where significant improvements in customer experience metrics were achieved. Andy holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Queens University of Charlotte and a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina Upstate.
