David Schmidt

David Schmidt has extensive experience in executive support and business partnership roles, currently serving as Senior Executive Business Partner II to the Chief People Officer at Credit Karma since February 2018. With a focus on making financial progress accessible for over 80 million members, David has held various positions within the company including Senior Executive Business Partner and Executive Assistant. Prior to Credit Karma, David worked at Ajilon as an Executive Assistant, contributing to recruitment and organizational leadership. Previous roles also include Executive Assistant positions at Avitide, Inc. and Bedrock Ventures, as well as a variety of roles at Nordstrom, where expertise in merchandise management and personal styling was developed. David's early career featured a commitment to the performing arts as a Classical Ballet Dancer with Ballet Minnesota, along with a solid educational background including certifications in language teaching and Pilates instruction.
