Matt Stafford has a diverse and extensive work experience in the advertising industry. Matt started their career as an intern at Allied Advertising, where they worked in the newspaper stockroom. Matt then interned at Harrison Troughton Wunderman, a renowned direct agency, where they honed their skills in big ideas and copywriting through collaboration with senior creatives.

From there, Stafford worked as a creative lead and copywriter at Skive Creative, an award-winning independent digital creative agency. Matt handled major accounts, including the British Army, and achieved success in pitching for various clients.

Stafford then joined LBi, one of the world's largest digital marketing agencies, as a Senior Conceptual Creative and Copywriter. Matt was hired after pursuing the Chief Creative Officer in an elaborate job stunt.

Matt then had a stint at Work Club, where they earned recognition as Campaign's Digital Agency of the Year in 2012 and Marketing's Digital Agency of the Year in 2011.

Afterwards, Stafford joined Draftfcb as an Associate Creative Director, working on campaigns for Electronic Arts and other prominent clients.

Matt then became a Digital Creative Director at Heat, where they indulged in their creativity and achieved notable successes, including winning Adweek's Breakthrough Agency of the Year in 2015.

Stafford later joined Mekanism as a Creative Director, leading a team of misfit ad creatives and working on campaigns for high-profile clients such as MedMen and Alaska Airlines.

Matt'smost recent position is Creative Director at Credit Karma, where they have been working with a single client, demonstrating their expertise in creative direction.

Matt Stafford attended Northeastern University from 2002 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Media Communications. During their time at Northeastern University, they also enrolled in a semester abroad program at Goldsmiths, University of London from 2005 to 2006.
