Megan Granat

Megan Granat is an accomplished HR leader currently serving as the Head of HRBPs & Employee Experience at Credit Karma since February 2016. In this role, Megan leads a diverse team focused on enhancing employee experience through innovative HR strategies and systems, including performance management and talent planning. Prior to this, Megan held various HR positions at Instacart and Practice Fusion, where responsibilities included HR business partnering and implementing key HR initiatives across multiple teams. With a strong foundation in benefits management and employee engagement, Megan's extensive experience in different organizational structures is complemented by proficiency in various HR systems. Megan holds a B.A. in Political Science with a focus on International Relations from UC Santa Barbara.
