Morgan Howder

Morgan Howder is an accomplished Learning & Development professional with a diverse background in project management, event logistics, and employee training. Currently serving as a Learning & Development Partner at Credit Karma since January 2025, Morgan previously held roles at Grammarly and Credit Karma, contributing to various training and development initiatives. Prior experience at Red Ventures involved managing company-wide events, fostering community involvement, and enhancing corporate communications. Morgan's earlier career included a Learning and Development Internship at AvidXchange, Inc. and several leadership roles during academic tenure at Coastal Carolina University, where significant contributions were made to orientation programs and philanthropic events.
