Tilmann Bruckhaus

Tilmann Bruckhaus is the current Director of Engineering for Recommendations at Credit Karma. Tilmann has also been the Director of Engineering for Instrumental Inc., where they delivered AI-based manufacturing defect detection and drove exponential sales growth. Tilmann has also been the Head of Data Engineering for Oportun and the Director Data Science and Engineering for Banjo, where they automated ML pipelines for disaster event detection on images, text, and speech.

Tilmann Bruckhaus received their Ph.D. in Computer Science from McGill University and their M.Sc. in Computer Science from RWTH Aachen University.

Their manager is Ryan Graciano, CTO & co-Founder. They are on a team with Brian Wang - Senior Product Manager, Kashyap Parikh - Director of Engineering.
