Warren Church

Warren Church is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical program management and customer success. Since September 2016, Warren has served as Senior Director of Technical Program Management at Credit Karma. Prior to this role, Warren held the position of Director of Customer Success at ConnectSolutions Inc. from July 2010 to September 2016. Warren's career began at DeNA Global Inc. as Community Manager, where responsibilities included defining customer support processes, managing user issues, and collaborating with engineering on support tools. Earlier experience includes serving as QA Team Lead at Comverse, focusing on device porting activities in California. Warren holds a degree in Real Time Interactive Simulation from DigiPen Institute of Technology, earned between 1999 and 2003.
