- Tom Addleman
Tom Addleman is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in law, entrepreneurship, and marketing. As the CEO and Founder of Dirt Nap Gear since May 2013, Tom has made significant contributions as a designer and inventor. Simultaneously, Tom has served as the Owner and Lead Attorney at Credit Law Center since 2010, focusing on consumer rights litigation, particularly in federal violations such as FDCPA, FCRA, and TCPA. Additionally, Tom holds the position of Marketing Director at Hunting For Adventure LLC since February 2009, specializing in marketing outdoor hunting experiences. Tom's legal expertise is further demonstrated through a long-standing role as Lead Attorney at Addleman Law Firm since January 2002. Educationally, Tom holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of Missouri - School of Law and a degree from Westminster College (MO), attended from 1995 to 1999.

The attorneys at Credit Law Center fight for consumers rights. The FTC reports that over 70 percent of American consumers have mistakes on their credit reports. Our firm assists consumers in disputing questionable information on their credit reports and demands that the accounts be deleted if they are not 100% accurate. Consumers are protected by the FCRA (Fair Credit Reporting Act) and when we find violations we use them as leverage to get the items deleted.
