Crystal Mills

Crystal Mills, MBA, PMP, CSM, currently serves as AVP of IT Audit, Governance, and Compliance at Credit One Bank since December 2019, where responsibilities include evaluating IT operational controls, performing risk assessments, and leading the creation of an IT document repository adopted bank-wide. Prior to this role, Crystal was a Senior Project Manager at the same institution, managing high-visibility projects and assisting with internal audits after obtaining Scrum certification. Crystal's experience includes over five years as a Senior Project Manager at IPKeys Power Partners, successfully implementing more than 200 projects valued over $10 million, and previous work as a Brokerage Assistant Manager at The Sealy Companies. Crystal holds an MBA in Management and Administration with a focus on Strategic Public Relations and Marketing Communication and two Bachelor of Science degrees in Management and Administration and Marketing from LSU Shreveport.
