At Credit One Bank, I have built and scaled a digital experience team from a few members to over 50 professionals, establishing a strategic product roadmap and delivering numerous key features and enhancements. Our agile approach and dedication to design thinking have transformed user feedback into impactful, user-centric solutions, significantly improving customer interactions and satisfaction.

My career spans over two decades, during which I have collaborated with some of the world's most prestigious brands, including NBC, Disney, Sony, Electronic Arts, and MGM Resorts International. I am passionate about leveraging data and insights to drive results-oriented innovation in customer-centered experiences, enhance efficiency through design systems, and ensure accessibility in all digital products.
