Benson Murage

Benson Murage is an experienced professional in customer support and team leadership, currently serving as the Customer Support Team Lead at Credit Repair Cloud since September 2020. In this role, Benson oversees a team of Customer Support Agents, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service. Previous positions include Client Team Leader at Influx, where Benson managed a team of support agents and facilitated communications with clients, and various customer service roles at Horizon Contact Centers Ltd and Olives College of Professional Studies. Benson holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from Moi University and a Diploma in Business Management & Public Relations from the University of Nairobi.
