Kevin Allen serves as Chief Sales Officer at Credit Union 1 from January 2019 to the present, having previously held the position of SVP Director of Operations/Member Solutions. Prior to this role, Kevin worked at First Merchants Corporation as Vice President - Merchant Services Manager, and at Wells Fargo in various capacities, concluding as Merchant Services Sales Development Consultant III. Throughout a distinguished career, Kevin has demonstrated exceptional leadership and mentorship skills, training and developing new talent and managing a substantial sales team across multiple states. Achievements include multiple top performer awards and rapid promotions, reflecting a strong aptitude for sales strategy, client relationship management, and business development. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from Franklin College.
