Jacqulin Watkins

Jacqulin Watkins is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in security operations and IT management. Currently the Security Operations Manager at the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) since 2018, Jacqulin previously served as an IT Manager in the US Navy from June 2004 to July 2016. Academically, Jacqulin holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Grand Canyon University and is pursuing a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Network Security, along with a Master of Science (MS) in Cybersecurity Policy and Management at the University of Maryland Global Campus.
