Lisa Bills-Terrell

Lisa Bills-Terrell has extensive experience in the financial sector, currently serving as a Consumer Access Analyst at the National Credit Union Administration since January 2018. Prior to this role, Lisa held various positions at NCUA, including Economic Development Specialist and Principal Examiner, starting in March 1991. Additionally, Lisa worked as a Country Project Manager at the World Council of Credit Unions from May 2000 to May 2001, where responsibilities included managing a rural savings and credit union project and developing a regulatory framework with the Central Bank. Lisa's career began at the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, where a role as Associate National Bank Examiner was held from June 1985 to March 1991. Lisa earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, focusing on Accounting and Business Management, from Delta State University.
