Susan Toalson McGinty

Susan Toalson McGinty, CUDE, CCUFC, currently serves as Chief Growth & Advocacy Officer and Chief Development Officer/Senior Vice President at U of I Community Credit Union, where leadership includes the successful implementation of the "Financial Well-being for All" strategy and establishment of the UICCU Partnership Program. At CUNA, McGinty has held multiple roles, including Business Development Subject Matter Expert and Vice President of Creating Awareness, where efforts have raised over $50 million to enhance the credit union brand. Previous positions include Chief Marketing Officer and VP of Business Development at University of Illinois Community Credit Union, Executive Director at Urbana Business Association, and Hospitalman in the United States Naval Reserves. McGinty holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from Greenville University.
