Patty Dickason

Patty Dickason, PHR, currently serves as the AVP of Human Resources at the Credit Union of Southern California, a position held since August 2004. Prior to this role, Patty Dickason was the HR Manager for the Western Region at CROSSMARK, where employment spanned from September 1984 to July 2004. With extensive experience in human resources management, Patty Dickason has developed a strong foundation in HR practices over nearly four decades.
