Cheryl Flanagan

Cheryl Flanagan is an experienced professional in the field of eLearning and instructional design, currently serving as an Elearning Specialist at Credit Union West since December 2017. Previously, Cheryl held various roles at American Express from August 2006 to June 2017, including Learning and Performance Specialist, Planning and Performance Analyst, Team Lead, and Training Specialist. Cheryl earned a Master's degree in Instructional Design from UMass Boston between 2006 and 2009, and a Bachelor's degree in Russian Studies from Arizona State University from 1988 to 1992.
