Frances Laguna

Frances Laguna is the Director at Credit Union West and has over 20 years of experience in the financial sector. Frances started their career at the Washington Trust Company where they were the Vice President of Management Information Systems and Financial Planning. There, they oversaw a team of three direct reports and was responsible for the budgeting and asset liability of the company. In 2007, they left Washington Trust Company to join Credit Union West as the Chief Financial Officer. In their current role, they are responsible for the overall financial management of the credit union. Under their leadership, the credit union has seen a 17% reduction in expenses and a 10% rise in profitable customers.
