Seth Baker

Seth Baker is a seasoned information technology executive with extensive experience in managing IT operations and strategic initiatives. Currently serving as Vice President of Information Technology at Credit Union West since October 2015, Seth transitioned from IT Manager to Director of Information Technology in 2019, where responsibilities include strategic development, performance tracking, and alignment of IT systems with organizational goals. Previously, Seth held roles including Supervisor of Implementations Technical Services at Open Solutions (now part of Fiserv) and Information Security and Technology Manager at Knoxville TVA Employees Credit Union, contributing to IT infrastructure planning and project management. Seth holds an MBA with a concentration in IT Management from American Military University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Ithaca College.
