Shirlei de Oliveira Silva

Shirlei de Oliveira Silva is currently the Corporate Development and IR Director at Creditas, where Shirlei also holds the titles of Head of Strategic Finance, Head of FP&A, and FP&A Manager. Prior to joining Creditas, Shirlei worked at Patria Investimentos as a Private Equity Real Estate Associate II and Private Equity Real Estate Associate I, with experience in secondment to investee companies and Real Estate's Structuring Team. Additionally, Shirlei was a Financial Planning Manager at Alphaville Urbanismo and a Treasury Specialist at Tenco Shopping Centers. Shirlei holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from USP - Universidade de São Paulo and completed an exchange program in General Engineering at CentraleSupélec.
