Bharath Melappilly Rajagopal

Bharath Melappilly Rajagopal has a strong background in IT support and management. Starting in 2018, they worked at Carphone Warehouse as a General Manager, where they were responsible for handling sales reports, creating dashboards, and organizing meetings. Bharath successfully decreased repair costs and implemented data visualization for effective decision-making. In 2018, Bharath also served as a Technical Consultant, leading their team to become the top-performing team in the region and saving time by utilizing LibreOffice.

In 2021, Bharath joined Infosys BPM as an IT service Engineer - Server Support, where they were involved in provisioning and setting up IT infrastructure, managing asset vulnerability scanning, and assisting with network transitions.

Currently, Bharath works as an IT Support Engineer at CreditLogic, starting in 2022.

Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Computer Science from jobs in Kannur between the years 2012 and 2016. Additionally, Bharath has obtained several certifications, including "Learning Virtualization," "Networking Foundations: IP Addressing," "Networking Foundations: Networking Basics," and "Windows Server 2019: Install and Configure Active Directory." These certifications were received from LinkedIn in August 2021.
