Ryan Renn

Ryan Renn began their career in 2007 as a Computer Installation Technician at Bell Industries. Ryan then moved to Harman Stove Company in 2008 as a Wiring Assembly, followed by RDCS Corp as a Support Technician and American Education Services as a Customer Service Representative. In 2009, they joined Delta Career Education as an IT Site Technician, and was later promoted to IT Field Service Technician in 2010. In 2011, they joined Delta Career Education Corporation as a Systems Engineer, and was later promoted to Sr Systems Engineer and Systems Engineering Virtualization Architect. In 2020, they joined greyshore as a Delivery Ecosystem (Cloud Automation/Site Reliability) Engineer and Delivery Ecosystem Engineering Lead. In 2021, they joined The Pentad Group, LLC as a Managing Partner and Managing Partner / Principal Cloud Automation Engineer. Finally, in 2022, they joined NinjaHoldings as a Staff Platform Engineer.

Ryan Renn has an extensive education history. Ryan attended Upper Dauphin Area High School from 2002 to 2006 and obtained a High School Diploma in General. Ryan then attended Kaplan Career Institute from 2006 to 2007 and obtained a Diploma in Computer Networking Technology. After that, Ryan attended Tidewater Community College from 2014 to 2015 and studied Virtualization Technology. Ryan also has many certifications, including Snagit Certification from TechSmith Corporation in April 2022, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Foundations 2021 Certified Associate from Oracle in February 2022, Flex Certification for Partners from Twilio in July 2021, Twilio Platform Certification for Partners from Twilio in June 2021, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals from Microsoft in June 2020, Zerto Certified Professional - Enterprise Engineer from Zerto in April 2019, ITIL Foundation from AXELOS Global Best Practice in December 2016, MCSA - Office 365 from Microsoft in November 2016, EMC Information Storage Associate from EMC in December 2014, Copper Cable Installation from C-Tech in July 2007, and Fiber Optic Cable Installation from C-Tech in July 2007.
