Sharon Rousey

Sharon Rousey has been working in the financial services industry since 1989. Sharon began their career as a Mortgage Coordinator at Bank of Lake Mills, followed by a Senior Support Technician role at Harland Financial Solutions in 1998. In 2005, they moved to Lehman Brothers Bank - Aurora Loan Services as a Program Analyst. Sharon then joined Microsoft Corporation in 2006 as a Technical Support Engineer. In 2010, Sharon took on two roles at Specialized Loan Servicing, as a Business Intelligence Analyst and an Application Support Analyst II. In 2014, they became a Senior Implementation Specialist at D+H U.S. Operation. In 2018, Sharon joined Finastra as a Senior Business Consultant, providing a consultative approach to implementing digital banking solutions to financial institutions. Sharon then moved to Kony, Inc. in 2019 as a Business Analyst, and is currently a Sr. Business Analyst at NinjaHoldings.

Sharon Rousey attended Casper College. In August 2019, they obtained a Qualified Supporter of a Harassment-free, Green Workplace culture certification from Kony, Inc.
