Mariam Elhennawy

Mariam ElHennawy has a significant amount of work experience in various roles. Mariam started their career at Etisalat Misr as a Customer Service Representative in March 2013 and worked in this role until March 2014. Mariam then transitioned to the role of Quality Assurance Executive at Etisalat Misr from March 2014 to August 2015. ElHennawy then joined Raya Contact Center as a Quality Assurance Executive at Etisalat UAE Outbound Sales from August 2015 to February 2019. In 2019, they joined Creditors Management Solutions as a Senior Reporting Analyst from March 2019 to January 2021. Mariam was then promoted to the role of Management Information System Supervisor from January 2021 to January 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Supporting Function Head at Creditors Management Solutions, starting in January 2022.

Mariam ElHennawy earned a Bachelor's degree in Commerce and Business Administration from Helwan University Cairo. Mariam completed their studies from 2009 to 2012.
