Brian Bailey

Brian Bailey is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in information technology, currently serving as a Senior Information Technology System Administrator at Mercury® Financial since April 2020. In this role, Brian manages core IT operations for a hybrid workforce, providing comprehensive support across Windows and macOS platforms, overseeing user access management for over 50 applications, endpoint provisioning, physical security systems, and providing high-touch executive support. Prior to joining Mercury Financial, Brian worked at Barclays as a Network and System Support Engineer and held the position of Desktop Support Technical Lead & Enhanced Support at Barclaycard from February 2005 to April 2020. Brian began the professional journey as a Senior Desktop Support Technician and received education at Glasgow High School and Delaware Technical Community College.
