Andrew Belton is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Head of European Basics and Infrastructure at CreditSights since April 2006, where responsibilities include credit research analysis of bonds and credit default swaps in various sectors such as Global Building Materials and European Capital Goods. Prior to this role, Andrew held positions at Citigroup from 1996 to 2006 as Director and Head of European Rating Advisory, overseeing a team providing ratings advice to clients, and at Fitch Ratings from 1990 to 1996 as Senior Corporate Analyst. Early in the career, Andrew worked as Deputy Head of Credit Analysis at Hambros Bank from 1988 to 1990. Academic qualifications include an MA in Finance and Investment from the University of Exeter and a BA in Economics from Coventry University.
