Manu Srinivasan

Manu Srinivasan has over 18 years of experience in Human Resources. Manu started their career in 2003 as Manager of Human Resources at Nous Infosystems. In 2006, they moved to Reliance Retail as Chief Manager of Human Resources. In 2007, they joined Genisys as Vice President of Human Resources. From 2011 to 2018, they were Vice President of Human Resources Management at SLK Software, where they were part of the Leadership Team and was accountable for Talent Acquisition, Staffing, Immigration, Learning and Development, HR Operations, Compensation & Benefits, and Talent Engagement teams across India and US locations. Manu then moved to Bioclinica in 2018 as Senior Director and Head-India HR. In 2019, they became the Founder-HR Marga and HR, L&D and Leadership Consultant. Currently, they are the Head of Human Resources at Crediwatch.

Manu Srinivasan's educational history includes a Master's Degree in IRPM from Bangalore University (1989-1991), a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, English Lit and Economics from Mount Carmel College, Bangalore University (1986-1989) and a high school diploma from Cluny Convent High School (1976-1986).
