Meghna Suryakumar has held a variety of roles in the legal and business industries since 2001. Meghna began their career as an intern at Dua Associates and Hewlett-Packard India Pvt. Ltd (formerly Digital GlobalSoft India Ltd). In 2003, they became an Associate at Kochhar & Co. Meghna then moved to Perkins Coie LLP in 2006, where they held the same position. In 2007, they became an International Legal Consultant working independently/privately. In 2010, they became a Startup Evangelist and Co-Founder of the Startup and Emerging Companies Bootcamp. From 2013 to 2016, they were the Director of Minoty. Currently, they are the Founder and CEO of CrediWatch, a Digital Trust Platform that uses explainable AI, ML, Open APIs, and Data Exchange Protocols to amplify digital trust in the trade and credit ecosystem.

Meghna Suryakumar's education history includes a Stanford Ignite Certificate on Entrepreneurship from Stanford University Graduate School of Business (2013), an LLM from Columbia Law School in Mergers & Acquisitions, Information Technology Transactions, Securities and General Corporate Law (2005-2006), an LLB from Bangalore University in Law (1998-2003), and a high school education from Jain Vidyalaya.
