General Counsel, Developed Markets at Credix

Jacqueline Kuiper has a diverse work experience in the legal and financial sectors. Jacqueline is currently the General Counsel for Developed Markets at Credix since September 2022. Prior to this, they co-founded Rowe Capital Group, LLC in March 2022 and served as the Chief Legal Officer. Jacqueline also hosted a podcast for the company.

Before joining Rowe Capital Group, Jacqueline held multiple roles at Resolute Capital Partners, LTD from 2018 to 2022. These roles included General Counsel, EVP, and Chief Compliance Officer. In this position, they managed legal matters, corporate strategy, due diligence, compliance measures, and represented private and corporate interests.

Prior to Resolute Capital Partners, Jacqueline worked as a Solo Practitioner, specializing in bankruptcy law from 2013 to 2018. Jacqueline also served as a chapter 7 bankruptcy trustee. Before starting their solo practice, they worked at Manty & Associates, P.A. as an Associate Attorney and Head of Bankruptcy Department.

Jacqueline's early professional experience includes working at US Bank in the Corporate Payment Systems division from 2008 to 2009.

Jacqueline Kuiper completed their Executive MBA with a focus on Finance and Organizational Leadership at Pepperdine Graziadio Business School from 2021 to 2023. Prior to that, they obtained their Doctor of Law (JD) degree from Mitchell Hamline School of Law between 2005 and 2008, specializing in Law. Jacqueline also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government, which they earned from the University of Minnesota from 2003 to 2005. In their earlier education, Jacqueline attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2002 and Marshall Senior High School from 1998 to 2002. Additionally, they hold a certification as a NASM-Certified Personal Trainer from the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
