Madeline Salamon

Madeline Salamon is an accomplished entrepreneur and professional with extensive experience in the food industry and pharmaceuticals. As the Founder and Creator of Credo Foods since April 2018, Madeline is recognized as the "Chief Mad Scientist," driving product innovation and development. In addition to this role, Madeline serves as a Partner at Project Pollo and the CEO of Salamon Ventures, positions held since December 2020 and June 2014, respectively. Prior experience includes working as a Professional Sales Representative at Takeda Pharmaceuticals from March 2009 to June 2014 and as a Sales Representative at Document Technologies in 2008-2009. Madeline's academic background includes a B.S. in Psychology with a Pre-med focus from the University of Florida, obtained between 2002 and 2006, along with valuable research experience as a Research Assistant at the University of Florida Brain Imaging Rehabilitation & Cognition Lab from 2006 to 2007.
