Aysen Ulupinar

Aysen Ulupinar has extensive experience in higher education and talent engagement, currently serving as the Executive Liaison & Talent Engagement Associate at Credo Higher Education Consulting since August 2021. In this role, Aysen collaborates with the Director of Extraordinary Talent to enhance the REACH ecosystem and support various talent initiatives, including onboarding new team members and recruiting. Prior to this, Aysen held the position of Account Engagement Associate at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte from May 2015 to September 2021, as well as an Executive Assistant role for the Associate Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs. Additional experience includes positions with Sigma Nu Fraternity, Alpha Phi Omega National Service Fraternity, and The University of Akron, in various capacities related to student affairs, program coordination, and advisory roles. Aysen holds a Master of Education in Higher Education Administration & Student Personnel from Kent State University and a Bachelor of Science in Education and Human Development from Bowling Green State University.
