Kristan Grygiel Sanchez

Kristan Grygiel Sanchez is a highly experienced director of campus planning at Credo Higher Education Consulting since December 2024, specializing in innovative campus transformations through strategic leadership and collaboration. Previously, Kristan served as the market area leader, senior urban designer, and planner at GRAEF from June 2017 to November 2024. Additional experience includes holding roles as community development director and economic development planner for the Village of Ashwaubenon from February 2013 to May 2017, and as the owner of Grygiel Design from October 2007 to February 2013, focusing on design across various domains. Early career positions included senior designer at Town Builder Studios, lead designer at Eppstein Uhen Architects, senior project planner/designer at URS Corporation, designer/architect at Nagle Hartray Danker Kagan McKay, and designer at DLK Architecture, Inc. Kristan holds a Master of Architecture and a Master of Urban Planning from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, and a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies from the same institution.
