Alena Kandakova

Alena Kandakova began their career in 2014 as a Project Coordinator and Marketing Coordinator for AIESEC. In 2016, they joined Pfizer as a T&E Analyst. In 2017, they moved to McKinsey & Company as an Accounting and Finance Analyst and Junior Accounting and Finance Analyst. Most recently, in 2022, they joined Credo Ventures as a Finance Analyst. At Credo Ventures, Alena partners with technology founders to help them realize their global ambitions. At McKinsey & Company, they led finance operations, participated in projects proposing system improvements, managed closing activities, developed reports, and advised key stakeholders.

Alena Kandakova has a long history of education. Alena completed their Bachelor's degree in Corporate Economics and Management from Prague University of Economics and Business in 2015. Following this, they obtained their Master's degree in Finance and Business Valuation from the same university in 2019. Alena is currently pursuing additional certifications from Coursera and Udemy, including Sales and CRM Overview (obtained in October 2021) and SaaS Metrics Fundamentals for Managers, Founders & Investors (obtained in July 2021). Alena is also enrolled in Trailhead by Salesforce.
