Caitlin Bartley (MacDonald) began their career in 2006 as the Manager at The Dartmouth College Fund. In 2009, they took on the role of Head of Marketing at LiveRamp, where they were responsible for marketing initiatives, brand identity, lead generation, PR efforts, content creation, and more. In 2013, they moved to The Brand Agency as the Strategic Planning Director, where they were responsible for strategy and planning across all clients. In 2015, they became the CEO and Founder of cred., a boutique communications agency connecting innovative minds to speaking opportunities. In 2021, they became the Women of Dartmouth Entrepreneurship Chair, where they work to connect women of Dartmouth around the world.

Caitlin Bartley (Caitlin MacDonald) began their education at Amador Valley High School from 2001 to 2005. Caitlin Bartley then attended Dartmouth College from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a B.A. in Economics and Studio Art. In 2008, they studied Development Economics and International Trade and Finance at the University of Oxford. Additionally, they have obtained certifications from the Athletics and Fitness Association of America - AFAA, Les Mills International, and UJam.
