Fouad Harakat

Fouad Harakat is an experienced professional in the field of information technology and project coordination, currently serving as Directeur Adjoint – Technologie de l’Information at Conseil Cri de la Santé et des Services Sociaux de la Baie James since July 2012. In this role, Fouad specializes in the evaluation and implementation of new technologies and software to optimize information systems, along with the preparation of project documentation. Prior to this role, Fouad worked as a Project Coordinator at SecondLife Global Inc. and as a Project Manager at SARL A.G.I.F.E. Educational qualifications include a current master's program in Health Informatics at Université de Sherbrooke, a master’s degree in Information Systems and Computer Science for Organizations from Université Toulouse 1 Capitole, and a bachelor's degree with a focus on Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, and Applications from the same institution.
