Michelle Gray, MAP, PGCC, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in healthcare and management. Currently serving as the President of MG Management Créatif since November 2012, Michelle specializes in coaching managers to enhance leadership skills and unlock their full potential for personal and organizational growth. In addition to this role, Michelle has held various key positions at the Conseil Cri de la Santé et des Services Sociaux de la Baie James (CCSSSBJ) from 1991 to present, including Regional Director of Proximity-Quality Assurance and Services, Deputy General Director, and Director of Professional Services. Notable earlier roles included Deputy Director of Public Health and a planning and research agent, where Michelle contributed to public health programs in northern Quebec. Michelle holds a Master's in Public Administration from ENAP, multiple coaching certifications from Concordia University, and additional qualifications in nursing and therapeutic support.
