Karthik Gunasekaran

Karthik Gunasekaran is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business leadership and product development across various industries. Currently serving as the Business Head and a founding team member at Creedom since April 2024, Karthik focuses on talent development within the entertainment and media sectors. Prior experience includes founding a talent management initiative at a stealth startup and co-founding Clay Pot Sweden AB, a service company augmenting e-commerce for grocery stores. Karthik has also held positions at Volvo Cars, where research in ergonomics was conducted, and at Chalmers Teknologkonsulter AB as an engineering consultant. Earlier roles include product development at TAFE and co-founding Infinity TechLab, focused on exoskeleton solutions for labor fatigue. Karthik holds a Master's degree in Product Development from Chalmers University of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering.
