Ryan Sanford possesses extensive experience in IT support and configuration, currently serving as a Computer Support Technician at Creek Technologies Company since September 2020. Previously, Ryan worked as a Configuration Technician at Comcast Business, where responsibilities included configuring devices for Managed Enterprise Solutions and troubleshooting network equipment issues. Prior experience also includes a role as a Configuration Analyst at Insight Global, performing similar device configuration tasks. Ryan began the IT career journey as an IT Intern Co-op at Lexis Nexis, managing equipment setup for new employees and handling Active Directory systems. Ryan holds two Associate's degrees in Computer Information Systems from Sinclair Community College, completed in 2019.
