Barbara Grings is an executive with over 20 years of experience in financial management and corporate governance, specializing in investment management and new business projects. Having worked for prominent investment companies and financial institutions in Brazil and internationally, Barbara has made significant contributions to strategic operations and sustainability projects, earning accolades such as the Ruy Leme Award and recognition as Best Student in various academic programs. Currently, they are a business manager at Crefisa while also serving as a founding partner at BGestão Responsável, where they consult on corporate governance and ESG initiatives. Barbara's education includes a Master’s Degree in Corporate Governance from the University of São Paulo and executive training from various esteemed institutions.
