Clifford Gee

Clifford Gee currently serves as an Assistant Professor of Chemistry & Biochemistry at Creighton University, with ongoing research supported by NE INBRE DRPP from 2023 to 2025. Prior to this role, Clifford was a Postdoctoral Research Associate at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital from September 2017 to November 2022, focusing on biophysical small-molecule screening and ligand development for protein targets related to chronic infections and antibiotic resistance. Additional academic experience includes positions as an Adjunct Professor at Bemidji State University and Rhodes College, as well as a Research Assistant at the University of Minnesota, where Clifford contributed to projects involving Fluorine Magnetic Resonance and served as the President of the Joint Safety Team. Clifford holds a Ph.D. and a Master's degree in Chemistry from the University of Minnesota and a B.S. in Chemistry from Azusa Pacific University.
