Gayla Stoner

Gayla Stoner currently serves as the Dean of the College for Professional and Continuing Education at Creighton University since February 2023. Prior to this role, Gayla held positions such as Vice Provost and Dean of Online and Innovative Educational Initiatives at Northern Arizona University and Associate Provost of Extended Learning and Outreach at Central Washington University. Gayla's experience in academic administration also includes roles as Executive Director of UIC Extended Campus and the UIC School of Continuing Studies at the University of Illinois at Chicago, as well as Director of the Extended Campus at Southern Illinois University. Gayla Stoner holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Education - Workforce Education and Development and a Master of Science in Education (MSEd) in Workforce Education, both from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
