Koen Cousaert

Koen Cousaert currently serves as the Head of Infrastructure and Platform Services at Crelan, a position held since November 2022. Previously, Koen held multiple leadership roles at AXA Bank Belgium from April 2018 to March 2023, including Head of Service Management and Manager of Transversal IT Services, where responsibilities included overseeing infrastructure services, incident and problem management, and cost optimization. Koen also played a key role in the cloudification of AXA Bank's infrastructure and managed supplier relationships. Prior to that, Koen worked at AXA Technologie Services from November 2006 to March 2018, where roles included Division Head of Applications and Operations and Manager of Application Services and Database Administration. Koen holds a Bachelor's degree in Informatics from HOGENT and has further education from Vlerick Business School.
