Sofie De Camps is an HR Business Partner at Crelan since September 2019, where the focus is on discovering and developing employee talents in partnership with management, ensuring alignment between strategic objectives and employee aspirations. Prior to this, Sofie worked as a business partner in recruitment and selection at Colruyt Group from November 2006 to August 2019, specializing in connecting innovative profiles to business needs. Sofie began a career in recruitment at Adecco Personnel Services from October 2004 to October 2006. Sofie holds a Master's degree in Criminology from Vrije Universiteit Brussel (2001-2004) and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Erasmushogeschool Brussel (1998-2001).
