A tenure as Senior R&D Project Manager at EMPWR focused on leading active nutrition projects. Prior experience includes serving as Platform Innovation Manager and New Product Development Engineer at Aminolabs, contributing to the creation and optimization of various food products. Lore's academic background includes a PhD in Bioscience Engineering from KU Leuven, with research centered on the characterization of rye proteins and their roles in food processing.
