Makis Paliouras is a seasoned hospitality professional with extensive experience in restaurant and bar management. Since September 2021, Makis has served as Co-Owner of Kaia Greek Restaurant and has held the position of Vice President Operations at SP Hospitality Group since August 2017, where Makis is also a Co-Owner. Additional ventures include Co-Ownership of Calle 23 since February 2020, Pretorian Security Protection since October 2018, and Copper29 Bar since July 2016, as well as Co-Ownership of Crema Gourmet Espresso Bar since 2013. Makis holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics with a focus on Financial Planning and Services, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Economic Science, both from the University of Piraeus, completed between 2000 and 2006.

We are open seven days a week, and we are dedicated to providing our customers with fresh ingredients and a gourmet style. We are currently located in Coral Gables, Davie, Downtown Doral, Brickell, Downtown Miami, Miami Beach and Faena Bazaar with expansion plans in the horizon.
